Customs & duties
- • Import duties, customs charges and local taxes are payable by the customer at the destination.
- • International addresses need a reachable phone number and email for customs clearance.
Production, then delivery
- • Production time is stated on every product page; delivery time is added on top.
- • Every order ships with a tracking number you can follow at /track.

- • Free delivery on all products till the sale ends (Offer valid till 9 September 2026). This covers standard delivery within India and standard international delivery of small and medium pieces.
- • Large-format, architectural and freight-class pieces are quoted per destination because they ship crated.
- • Every order ships with a tracking number, which you can follow at /track.
- • Import duties, customs charges and local taxes on international orders are payable by the customer at the destination.
- • International addresses need a reachable phone number and email — couriers require both for customs clearance.
- • We cannot ship to destinations under export restrictions, and we confirm the route before accepting an international order.
- • Delivery timelines are working-day estimates after dispatch, not guarantees; customs can add a few days.

All sales are final. No return or refund once the order has been manufactured and dispatched.
Shipping damage must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
Manufacturing defects will be reviewed and replacement support may be provided.

USA & Europe Shipping & Export Details
We accept orders from the USA and Europe, shipped door-to-door by DHL, FedEx and air freight, with experience centers opening very soon across the USA and Europe. Every export order is documented, insured and tracked end to end.
Décor, vases and table lamps by express air courier. Production of 3–7 days applies before dispatch.
Express air courier across the EU and UK. Remote regions and islands may add 2–3 days.
Large-format 4–15 ft pieces ship in crated segments by air or sea freight, quoted per project.

- • Complete delivery address with ZIP / postal code, city, state and country
- • Contact phone number with country code, and email address
- • Product name, quantity, colour, finish and size
- • For lighting: ceiling height, voltage (110V / 220V) and plug type
- • Preferred delivery date, and site access details for freight deliveries
- • Tax / VAT / EORI number for business and commercial orders
- • Any import instructions from your customs broker, if you use one
Product prices shown on the website do not include international shipping. Shipping, crating and handling are calculated for your exact address and weight, and are applied during the payment window — you will see the final shipping amount on your invoice before you pay.
We accept payments through secure PayPal and Razorpay links shared on WhatsApp. Indian orders are processed via Razorpay; international orders are processed via PayPal.
Import duties, customs clearance charges and local taxes are payable by the customer on arrival and are not included in the invoice.
Orders are confirmed only after the invoiced amount, including shipping, has been paid. Tracking is shared on WhatsApp and email, and can be followed on our order tracking page.
